When thousands of visitors show in a fair, what come into their eyes is the stands with varied styles. It’s hard for them to imagine the “organized” chaos before the fair. Truckers were busy for arranging their vehicles and the exhibitors were waiting for their exhibits. An important part of the transportation of exhibits and stand construction materials is to construct and dismantle the booth on time. And this must be done by professional company.

A variety of fairs would have diverse exhibits. Things fly in the sky-such as helicopter or running on the roads are admitted into the main exhibition hall. Then there would be different requirements for the transportation. Exhibitors have to decide the way of transportation according to the quality and quantity of their exhibits that is weather to rent for some facilities for loading, unloading and transportation of the exhibits by themselves or ask a removal company for help. The exhibitors can get a lot of useful advices for the professional exhibition agent, for the latter is responsible for the process of stand construction and coordination work, such as to arrange the order when many suppliers arrived at the same time. Beside the agent also gets labor and apparatus for rent.

There are two possibilities for loading and unloading. One is directly loading and unloading, that is to say the trucks are driven into the exhibition hall during the dates for construction and the agent would be responsible for unloading and storage. Exhibitors can spare some money and energy. Besides, fragile articles such as glass or marble slab only need transported once. However this kind of transportation needs more time, for all the possibilities for delay should be considered, such as bad traffic or accident. It would be better to consolidation for small quantity or transportation before the regular date for transportation. The goods should be arrived at the agent, stored by them and transported to the booth position. What’s more, heavy or big sized articles should be brought into the site first, because there is usually an auto crane in the hall to lift up and unload these articles. but the crane would be useless when the  stand has been half constructed.
