ZMJ was established in 1958, is the first birthplace of shield in China，the original name was Zhengzhou coal mining machinery factory (belonged to China Coal Ministry), was the key project of national " the first five-year "plan，In 1998 it was incorporated into Coal industry management bureau of Henan Province.
